Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to be happy with every order.

30-Day Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the next steps and the return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened consumable items (such as supplements and treats) cannot be returned unless faulty.
