SHIPPING POLICY

UK Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £30. For orders under £30, a shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the UK. If international shipping becomes available, delivery times and costs will vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to courier issues or high demand periods (e.g. holidays). We'll always do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
